Training Programs
Follow structured programs from top creators or build your own. Access exercises, log your workouts, submit check-ins—weight lifted, sets, rest, PRs—and complete the program. ROID also recommends three best-match programs that fit your health profile so you always have a plan that makes sense for you.
Programs that match how you train
Training programs in ROID aren't just a list of workouts—they're full plans with exercises, progression, and a way to log what you did. You get access to every exercise in the program, log each session with weight, sets, rest, and PRs, submit check-ins so your progress is tracked, and when you're done you can move on to the next program. The app also uses your health profile to surface three best-match programs so you're not guessing what to run next.
- Access all exercises in the program and follow the plan day by day

What you get
Access exercises and follow the plan
Every program is built from exercises—you see what to do, when to do it, and how it's structured across weeks. Open the program, tap into a workout, and follow the plan. Exercises are laid out with sets, reps, and guidance so you know exactly what's on the menu for the day.
Log your workout and submit check-ins
As you train, you log what you did. Submit check-ins for each workout: weight lifted, sets completed, rest taken, and any PRs. That data stays attached to the program so you and the app can see your progress over time. Check-ins keep you honest and give the AI a clear picture of how you're responding to the program.
Weight, sets, rest, and PRs in one place
Track the numbers that matter: weight on the bar, sets and reps completed, rest between sets, and when you hit a PR. ROID stores it all so you can look back, see trends, and so the AI can use your history to refine recommendations and match you with programs that fit your profile.
Complete the program
Work through the program from start to finish. Mark sessions done, hit your check-ins, and when you complete the program you have a full record of what you did and how you progressed. Then pick the next one—whether it's another from the same creator or one of your best-match recommendations.
3 best-match programs for your health profile
ROID uses your health profile—goals, experience, activity data, and how you've responded to training—to recommend programs that fit you. You get three best-match program suggestions that align with where you are and where you're going. No endless scrolling; just options that make sense for your profile.
From creators or build your own
Most users follow programs built by creators and coaches on ROID—multi-week plans with exercises, progression, and support. You can also build your own program if you prefer to self-program. Either way, you get the same tools: access to exercises, workout logging, check-ins, and completion tracking. And when you're ready for the next block, your health profile drives the three best-match recommendations so you're never stuck wondering what to run next.
